At 7am, you will be picked up at your place/hotel, then make the first stop at the Kuta traditional market, where you will learn about a range of herbs and spices, local culinary culture and how to pick out the ingredients. After the one-hour market visit, enjoy traditional breakfast dishes and snacks before continuing on with the cooking session.
The instructor will explain details of every traditional ingredient that will be used in the cooking, then start preparing each dish by using traditional techniques and utensils. Together, you will have nine main dishes and one dessert.
The morning class is followed by lunch based on the prepared dishes and accompanied by traditional drinks (Hibiscus Tea and Balinese Rice Wine). Please note that there's no market visit in the afternoon session.
